  124. The nature of Action Research is practical in nature. It is all about identifying a small problem that needs teacher practitioner 's attention. The teacher can work on forming hypothesis on the cause and it's probably effects
    Thirdly, the teacher can work on identifying and analysing the causes by collecting relevant data and analysing them. Based on the analytics, the teacher can conclude the cause, effect and the necessary steps to be taken in the desired direction. Again, it is a cyclic process a teacher has to undertake from time to time.
